This is exactly the bad example why are people hesitant to order from China. I feel like I got scammed. A company making very bad replicas of a beautiful design. I ordered booths, chairs and tables in amount a little under $30k including shipping. After 3 months of waiting I have received my order. From far away it looks nice (even though far from the design you are purchasing) however not even a week later all my chairs started to fall apart - literally!!! I was so incredibly humiliated. Chairs would be breaking during the service with customers sitting on them. The company sent me new part of the chair that was broken. Guess what?! It didn’t fit, it looked horrible and would break anyway. If you want to sleep at night do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company anything because you will simply be a tasting hamster. I didn’t get any money back nothing. Awful!

The client chose to buy from China because of the affordable prices and knowing this is replica furniture, we manufactured based on their requirements.
We have quality controlled all our products before shipment, and we weren't sure how the back pieces became damaged during shipping but we took immediate action to manufacture new backs and paid for air freight so the client could receive them quickly.
Many factors can damage the products, especially during transportation. Despite not knowing the cause of the damage, we highly value our clients experience with us, so once the problem occurred, we took immediate actions to rectify this situation. We always work to the best of our ability to rectify issues no matter where the fault lays. We are genuinely sorry you have been unhappy with your experience with us.
